Boring Intro Part

My abzan aggro deck. I've been playing the deck since Khans was released, and I'm still in love with the deck. It has changed quite a bit since then, but then again, I wasn't running Siege Rhino until after Khans Gamesday (still won 3rd place out of a 51 man tourney)... soooo yeah. The deck started off as aggro with the added benefit of the counter creatures abzan has, but after about a month, I swapped out all those creatures for the rhino and playsets of the creeps already in the deck that needed to be filled out ( Anafenza, the Foremost , Fleecemane Lion , and Rakshasa Deathdealer ). At first I was quite skeptical of running full playsets, but after all these months, they've proven to be the bread and butter of any abzan aggro strategy! We all know the kitties are gone, and most abzan decks forsook their aggro ways, I know the abzan hangarback deck is good, just I don't like it. I feel it isn't an aggro deck, I mean, its namesake card is in no way shape or form an aggressive card so I am not including it in the list.

Disclaimer

I haven't uploaded it until now because I felt it was perfect, but since I've been running into more games where I stall out, and more FNM's where I no longer go 3-1 but now 2-2, I now realize that it might need some help. Furthermore, it might even help inspire others to the cause of the broken abzan way (I hope)!

How to Basic (with intro!)

As all abzan aggro decks go, this one's all about being faster than your opponent, jamming out value creatures, and reacting appropriately to what your opponent plays. I could go into further detail about why I would choose each creature, but I feel that they all go without saying. If you do need an education on why abzan runs most of the creatures it does, I came across a deck a while back by a user named user:TCGWOLF! called The Beast Stampede, that goes a long way in explaining why we use what we use. He has a very unique spin on abzan and his deck is very insightful.

(I will update with a breakdown and how to basic in the near future, kinda busy with classes this semester)
