Yesterday on Does Scourge of the Throne …

Each of your creatures including the Scourge do untap while attacking and before dealing damage, but they are still attacking and will still deal damage.

There aren't any effects that remove them from combat (like Gustcloak Harrier), or any effects that prevent combat damage (like Fog).

There aren't any intrinsic rules that mean untapping your creature means it is no longer attacking. Vigilance exists.

And a few more cards you might like along side that theme. Gustcloak Sentinel, Gustcloak Savior, Gustcloak Runner, Gustcloak Harrier, and Gustcloak Cavalier

Decree of Justice and Gustcloak Harrier aren't legal, mate.

Wake the Reflections is bad, given that your only tokens are 1/1s and it's not repeatable. Drop all three of your Sorceries for 3x Disenchant, which is so much better (instant speed). Artifact and Enchantment recurring are never seen, so the instant speed is almost strictly better.

Put in 4x Honor of the Pure

Drop Ajani's Presence for another Reciprocate.

Drop Anointer Priest for 2x Soul Warden OR Soul's Attendant.

Go down the Loxodon Partisans for another 2 Preeminent Captain.

Go down Seraph of the Masses for another Precinct Captain.

Go down the Veteran Armorsmith and the Victory's Herald for 2x Field Marshal and another Captain of the Watch.

Let's try it like that for now.

I would recommend you find a place for Squadron Hawk, Warden of Evos Isle, Skyshroud Condor, Aven Sunstriker and Giant Albatross. These cards fit the theme (and of course the tribe) very well.

Coast Watcher,Duskrider Falcon and Freewind Falcon would all make excellent sideboard cards (sideboard in after the first game once you know their colors)

As for some other useful bird cards: Aven Brigadier, Aven Squire, Bay Falcon, Gustcloak Harrier, Impaler Shrike, Mystic Familiar, Palace Familiar, Skyshroud Falcon, Swans of Bryn Argoll, Talon Trooper, Welkin Hawk and Zephyr Falcon.
