This deck is my personal rendition of a Gargadon Balance deck, which includes 12 Borderposts and a dash of flavor with Glittering Wish.

Below is some information regarding the deck:

Seven Cascades?!?

To begin, most people would argue that I don't run enough Cascade "digs" for Restore Balance (7 total with 3 Demonic Dread and 4 Violent Outburst ). However, this deck performs surprising well even with fewer chance for the Balance effect, because it is more well-rounded.

Glittering What Now?

Some people also might call me a fool for running Glittering Wish - "Isn't that interfering with the Cascades at 2 CMC?" The answer is yes it does, but it also tremendously improves the deck.

Most of the time, one would Cascade into a Restore Balance to find an answer to the opponent's board- namely through wiping creatures/lands, or their ever-increasing hand (Prompt to discard).

I would ask you to take a look at the sideboard, and notice that every card is fetchable by Glittering Wish in being multicolored. There are quite a lot of options here- anything from Lifegain to Artifact, and even to Token strategies.

The worst-case scenario is, upon resolution of a Cascade, your hit a Glittering Wish, but really needed a Restore Balance. The solution to this problem is simple- grab a Demonic Dread and try again. This is possible because there are only 3 Mainboard.

Manabase

When creating this deck, I also tried to pursue black instead of blue and Ardent Plea, as black offered some nice answers and still had a Cascade of its own. I would highly advise against going into a five-color strategy.
