Old school UB control deck based around Mystical Teachings. No creatures in the 75, so we can spend all of our counter magic on opponent's creatures/gas rather than spending it on protecting our own creatures.

• Devious Cover-Up and Evincar's Justice are the actual win conditions, but let's be real here, Capsize is definitely more fun
• Use Mystical Teachings to tutor for any of the 27 instants in the deck to basically cherry-pick whatever counters/removal you need at any given moment. this deck really shines in the late game when you have enough mana to tutor for something and cast it and cast Capsize and/or Evincar's Justice with buyback in one turn
• Crypt Incursion and Pristine Talisman to make sure we live long enough to win with our slow win conditions
