A new take on Mardu Aristocrats!

For those that are curious this is what you should expect from a mardu - Modern Aristocrats -.

A mix of humans and non-humans so why not run Winota, Joiner of Forces?

I don't currently have a playgroup for mtg and don't plan on playing mtgo so this deck has limited testing and is as budget as I can make it while still, hopefully, being powerfull enough for modern since, if I find a playgroup, I might buy it.

Maybeboard contains considerations for sideboard.

I would love to hear everyone's toughts on this take on aristocrats and I'll try my best to answer any question about the deck and card choices. Any suggestion is welcome.
