Winota Aristocrats with a better mana base and Liliana, Heretical Healer  . The budget version seems powerfull enough for modern except for when it stumbles on mana.

This is a version to test what tier a Humans/non-humans mardu aristocrats with Winota, Joiner of Forces is.

Obviously both versions still have room for improvement, specially this one due to no budget restriction. I would love to hear everyone's toughts on this take on aristocrats.
