Going for a classic U/B Control, asserting control with cheap bounces, counters and discards, card advantage through Infiltrators and Warped Devotion, and Caress & creatures as wincons.Late-game dominance though Specters & Capsize.

I'm mostly worried the deck will be fairly slow - any tips on how to improve that or otherwise deal with quick aggro decks will be appreciated. Dark Ritual might help get an early Warped Devotion out but won't do much for blue mana acceleration, which seems the most important at the start.

Thanks in advance for any tips, criticism or other comments!

EDIT:Decided the deck really is too slow against quick aggro - switched Duress for Inquisition of Kozilek, Lobotomy for Surgical Extraction and Undermine for Mana Leak in an attempt to counter fast aggro and set up control a bit quicker.
