It's Brian Weissman's newest incarnation of The Deck. Pretty traditional keeper type deck, using Morphling as kill condition. I prefer Morphling to Psychatog since it's much more versatile in the later game and you don't risk your graveyard as much (since recursion is an important tool). A main-decked Balance and brainstorm combine with fetchlands to give this deck some absurd sweeping effects and great cantrip abuse. Weissman sideboards Zuran Orb, I would maindeck it myself since there are times The Deck can be vulnerable to aggro and affinity decks, the whole while you will get dinged by the fetchlands, cities of brass and skeletal scrying. (Next Section requires editing) "If your metagame is slower, (or budget is less) consider the fetchlands from the mirage block that come into play tapped, instead of the onslaught ones."
