Maximize control effects to really frustrate opponent, and then win with ????

Purpose is to make a silly budget deck that maximizes potential for pissing people off. It doesn't even need to have a win condition - in fact, if I can counter and remove absolutely everything my opponent tries and do nothing else, making the other player quit in frustration, that would be ideal.

Trying to keep it Standard for now, but Non-Standard suggestions are fine.
