I wanted to make a budget but very interesting/niche EDH deck based around Cloudhoof Kirin. The deck is supposed to be more fun than competitive, that said it should win at least sometimes.

The based around casting Spirits and Arcane spells to trigger Cloudhoof Kirin as well as an assortment of other cards to cause your opponent to mill out.

So far it has shown to be a later game deck, protecting itself until the mill begins to ramp up. I may try and fix its early game deficiencies if it becomes too much a problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as i am still tinkering with it, however, keep in mind I am trying to keep this relatively budget.
