For the Nihilist format, as presented at 99 Ways to lose (Nihilist) by Pikobyte, this deck takes the restrictions set by {WU} to the extreme. It locks itself down harder than any opponent, ignoring any thoughts of self-preservation. The mana balance is completely wrong. If it doesn't lose to opponents' attacks, it'll probably die from boredom and frustration. So whoever gets stuck using it doesn't stand a chance!

In the Nihilist format, you create a deck for an opponent to use against you. The deck building rules are the same as Commander, with the following additions:

The Commander must have at least one ability, even if it's evergreen, and cannot have more than two colors in its color identity. If the Commander expects use of a specific card type, subtype, or supertype, at least 12 of those cards must be included. For example, if you choose Ezuri, Renegade Leader as your Commander, the deck must include at least 12 Elf cards.

The deck must have exactly 36 lands, and at least 26 of them must be basic. The basic lands must be evenly divided between the Commander's colors. All lands must provide mana.

The deck must have at least 32 creatures without defender. At least 26 of those creatures must have power 1 or greater. There must be at least 20 colored creatures, with at least 10 of each color. Multicolored creatures count for only one of their colors.

All effects and abilities must be reasonably usable. For example, including Atog in a deck with no artifacts violates this fair-play rule.
