Armageddon in Modern?

Seance back some value, apply pressure, and then Realm Razer .

You can respond to Razer's ability by killing it, thus permanently exiling all lands. This works even off of a Seance'd copy. As per the rulebook:

If Realm Razer leaves the battlefield before its first ability has resolved, its second ability will trigger and do nothing. Then its first ability will resolve and exile all lands forever.
