Trying to make a competitive Hallar, the Firefletcher deck. Works around putting 1+/1+ counters on Hallar and winning with her ability.

I could really use some advice since i am new at this. But i played at my local magic place 3 times now with this deck(a different version, had no real win condition, just play kicker stuff) on brawl events and it performed really good. It was now that i refined the deck and made a strategy around it. The strategy is: put counters on Hallar and then kick spells one by one for maximum damage, also don't forget to play insult first.

What would you guys add or take away? Please let me know.
