Based off of the historical UW Miracles list, arcum's astrolade allows the player to branch off into multi color without the fear of running into a price of progress or wasteland which can cost them the game or lock them out. The access to more basics allows for cards like blood moon to be ran in sideboard. Many of the maybe board falls into slot options. Leyline of the void is ran because it is a one sided exile effect which does not interfere with snapcaster mage or mystic sanctuary. Oko is the value engine which pulls the deck from behind while sticking to the core of being a solid control deck.
