This deck is a control deck with Dictate of Karametra + Villainous Wealth as the main win condition. It tries to stall the game until I have mana for Dictate and by that time I will be able to cast Wealth for a winning amount. Crater's Claws is utility, but can also get in for lethal sometimes.
