I think you should cut:

• Leonin Scimitar
• Trusty Machete
• Furor of the Bitten
• Goblin War Paint
• Madcap Skills
• Alesha, Who Smiles at Death
• Bonesplitter
• Volcanic Strength

I would think about upgrading:

• Pyreheart Wolf --> Iroas, God of Victory
• Titan's Strength --> Tainted Strike
• Disenchant --> Return to Dust
• Victim of Night --> Dreadbore
• Arrest --> Faith's Fetters

You should try finding room for:

• Wrath of God/Day of Judgment/Decree of Pain/Life's Finale (at least 1 "wrath" effect, but more like 2 or 3
• Fervent Charge
• Mardu Roughrider
• Boros Signet + Orzhov Signet + Rakdos Signet
• Dictate of the Twin Gods
• Ashenmoor Liege + Balefire Liege + Deathbringer Liege
• Unquestioned Authority

Additional Cuts

Hero of Bladehold, Mardu Strike Leader, and Cathars' Crusade all feel like they're part of a token deck, which is not what this particular deck wants to be doing.

Also, I notice there's kind of a warrior theme going on here but it doesn't seem fully fleshed out. I think going tribal is a cool way to make a deck more fun, so maybe you could do a bit more with that. Or, if you can't find good enough warriors that work well here, you could just cut the mediocre ones you have to make more room for more of the above cards.
