Looks like it's been a minute since you've been active on this deck, but I've been messing around with a similar build, so it's nice seeing yours in comparison. I went full-boat flying pirates with Storm Fleet Aerialist, Skyship Plunderer, Dreamcaller Siren, and Favorable Winds in the mix as well. However, what elevates the deck is just a sneaky-good common from Kaladesh: Subtle Strike.
With Warkite Marauder it becomes a Hazoret the Fervent-killer (or anything else non-hexproof). Not only that, it adds a +1/+1 counter, which you can start ticking up with Skyship Plunderer. Even without these synergies, it's still a very capable card that's just about on-par with Moment of Craving, which has been seeing Standard play. I'm having so much fun with this deck and it's throwing my FNM for a loop.

i had a Trespasser's Curse in my zombie deck and i'm not too sure its that effective there and i think the same here. even though its a nice effect, i don't think you have enough in the deck to really keep it. All the -1-1 counters are going to deter him away from dropping guys anyway... maybe more of a sideboard.
I like trying out something related to help you with that card draw from the The Scorpion God with more counters. Maybe Stinging Shot -1-1 counters plus the added effect of cycling if they dont have fliers. Or Subtle Strike or Ruthless Sniper. idk any card to build that snake army

I like the build. If I were you I would add some Deeproot Waters since you have all of these merfolk, then have something like Metallic Mimic to give it a +1/+1 counter then have Winding Constrictor give it another one. Herald of Secret Streams would then make it unblockable. Subtle Strike is another cheap way to get those counters flying around.

I don't know how this deck plays, so not sure what to take out, but Fathom Fleet Captain is a beast. He does require a bit more mana, but he works really well with Admiral Beckett Brass, but even without it, he is a turn 2 drop that must be dealt with.
What about Walk the Plank over Subtle Strike? Although the mana base may not support the double black cost very well.

If you end up adding Fatal Push you should think about 1-3 Evolving Wilds so that you can trigger Revolt for Push and Narnam Renegade on demand. Key to the City would give you a discard outlet for drawing extra cards while making Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons unblockable.
I would also look to getting rid of Harsh Scrutiny and Battle at the Bridge for something else like Grasp of Darkness or even 2 Fourth Bridge Prowler to kill something for Narnam Renegade. Subtle Strike is a fun surprise (for you, not your opponent who is trying to chump block)

Gearhulk is super good for a reason, so maybe drop a single mimic and rishkar for 2 of on verdurous, but $$. Also, Subtle Strike seems like an awesome combat trick or even protection against direct damage spells. Alms of the Vein and Murderous Compulsion are decent spells with discard upside in conjunction with Noose constrictor.

Splash for black? Abzan Ascendancy, Abzan Charm, Anafenza, the Foremost, Drana, Liberator of Malakir, Retribution of the Ancients, Reyhan, Last of the Abzan, Subtle Strike, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Dromoka's Command
And most importantly, Winding Constrictor

I would have to agree with HairyManBack and say you need to up the land count, 18 is definitely too low, and I would suggest adding 4 more lands, either Evolving Wilds, Blooming Marsh or Aether Hub, whatever the budget allows.
I also feel that the Silverfur Partisan is entirely useless here, as he is the only wolf or werewolf in the whole deck, and I would replace them and Subtle Strike for a playset of Blossoming Defense to keep your creatures alive.
The last changes I would make is with the energy cardsSage of Shaila's Claim to a different 2 drop creature as you don't really need the energy for the deck so would be better suited being a Servant of the Conduit or Aether revolt cards like: Glint-Sleeve Siphoner or Gifted Aetherborn.
FInally Die Fast for Murder which is guarenteed to kill a creature and isnt conditional.
I understand this is a lot of changes and take them how you will, but this is my idea of improving the deck, good luck!
