needs more cleric tribal - I'd ditch the backup Orzhov subtheme ( Basilica Screecher , Crypt Ghast , Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts , & Tithe Taker ) and probably the Regal Bloodlord for some cleric support: Akroma's Devoted , Battlefield Medic , Battletide Alchemist , and Daru Spiritualist come to mind for that. Edgewalker is a must for the colors, and I'd probably ditch the monuments and obilisk of urd for more clerics - Alms Collector and Bygone Bishop give decent card draw, Eight-and-a-Half-Tails , Giver of Runes and Mother of Runes offer amazing protection for your field. Frontline Medic and Selfless Spirit offer indistrucbablity for your own wipes. Sin Collector offers good andi-countermagic / tide-turner removal. High Priest of Penance is just amazing with the recusion this deck should have. Rotlung Reanimator turns all clerics into double duty sac fodder, and Priest of Forgotten Gods , Yawgmoth, Thran Physician , and Whisper, Blood Liturgist are more than happy to supply that role, with Skirsdag High Priest backing them up. and Weathered Wayfarer pulls the same job as Land Tax , but can fetch non-basics, and is a cleric.

I always enjoy seeing more people make cleric decks, as I have made my own I defiantly have some opinions and ideas on clerics. Mother of Runes , Devoted Caretaker , Benevolent Bodyguard and Battletide Alchemist are excellent defensive options. For cleric beaters I would look at Custodi Soulbinders and Doubtless One . For card draw look at Tymna the Weaver , Twilight Prophet , Custodi Lich and Bygone Bishop . Given your commanders life drain nature I would also look at adding Exsanguinate and Debt to the Deathless as blowouts and enablers for your commander.

This is... pretty fantastic. May need more Dromoka, the Eternal (easily the second most devastating Dragonlord, in my opinion) and possibly Utvara Hellkite, Heirloom Blade, and absolutely Drogskol Captain, maybe Stromkirk Captain. Urza's Incubator, Obelisk of Urd, maybe Captivating Vampire, Battletide Alchemist, a Banneret (ie Bosk Banneret), Knight Exemplar, Gilt-Leaf Archdruid (which may not seem that great but at very least it's an additional Kindred Discovery), the mercenaries (ie Cateran Brute, Moggcatcher, Rathi Assassin) Pheres-Band Warchief, the harbingers (ie Flamekin Harbinger, Treefolk Harbinger).

I love cleric tribal, I realize this is a jank deck but with some focus it can also be effective. I think the first trick is to synergize with your command and find clerics that can be sacrificed for gains the second is to find ways to drain their health quickly so you can focus on the first.

The best way to life drain is probably with Exsanguinate, Debt to the Deathless, Torment of Hailfire or similar spells so that your commanders to hand ability can be utilized.

The next one is not quite so easy and needs tuning to make really good, but I would recommend clerics like Benevolent Bodyguard, Children of Korlis, Dark Supplicant with Scion of Darkness, Frontline Medic, Nova Cleric, Remorseful Cleric, Sanctum Guardian and Selfless Spirit for creatures that can be utilized well with your commander and as a bonus its flavorful to have fanatical priests dedicated to some grim god.

Generally useful clerics matter cards would be Edgewalker, Ancestor's Prophet, Battletide Alchemist, Rotlung Reanimator and Whipgrass Entangler.

A little combo for Starlit Sanctum is Daru Spiritualist + Shaman en-Kor to gain some arbitrarily high life total.

In tribe Card draw considerations are Tymna the Weaver, Bygone Bishop and Twilight Prophet.

I don't know if you will continue to develop this but I would like to see your take on it as you evolve it.

I like the theme and many of your card choices. I usually find that making cuts is a lot more difficult than finding great cards, so here goes.
I have some suggestions for cuts:
Priest of the Blood Rite-really flavorful, but at 5 mana I think it should do more in your favor.
Ancestor's Prophet- This one won't win games. Even if you can manage to activate once it's still a really bad deal.

Okay I do have 2 card suggestions:
Dark Supplicant + Scion of Darkness

Also you might want to consider adding a few tutors to find some of the really powerful cards like Edgewalker or Battletide Alchemist.

Also, with all the lifegain you have I would definitely recommend Sanguine Bond.

Overall, I really like the deck and I hope this was helpful.

First thoughts, be careful with the use of Thought Reflection. Wouldn't want to accidentally mill yourself if you hit Enter the Infinite and they have a way to survive - like say, Urza's Armor, Battletide Alchemist, Chameleon Blur, Channel Harm, Endure... Counterspells are nice, but you may need them to shut down your opponent's combos instead of saving them to save your own combos. You only have 4 guaranteed counters that don't have conditional modifiers after all...

You also might want to include either a method of massive mana ramp High Tide + Palinchron style, or a separate win-condition besides your commander's ability and Psychosis Crawler, something that could get around damage prevention.

Although, feel free to take these suggestions with more than a pinch of salt - I've personally never played Commander so I don't know much more than the fact that only one of each card is allowed... But generally speaking, if you think there's even a CHANCE of ever successfully casting Enter the Infinite, you'd better have a method of guaranteeing you win within a single turn when your entire deck is in your hand. Which means, making sure you have enough mana to cast counterspells, mill, damage, or loop back to the start through Time Reversal for yourself as necessary, even after counting the 12 CMC of EtI. Include at least one combo that acts as an auto-win if they don't have a counter - because with how powerful a card Enter the Infinite is, if they have a counterspell they're going to use it then.

It's definitely an interesting deck idea, but could use refinement still - I definitely think (should you be able to afford them) that Mind Over Matter or Omniscience would be a great addition.
