Looking at the deck I have a few options you may want to consider. This deck seems to be following a control build so looking at cards which in these decks is a good place to start. Depending on what you like about this deck these recommendations may not be super helpful to you since they can completely change the flavor of the deck.

The first category of stuff I would consider adding/revising in the deck is ramp/cheating in creatures. In this kind of deck, you almost always want to get your good stuff in play earlier than your opponent. I would look at possibly adding cards like Sol Ring, Simic Signet, Quicksilver Amulet and Skyshroud Claim.

The second category to take a look at is the stuff help you live until later in the game. In this category you can consider adding cards like Counterspell, Mystic Snake, Cyclonic Rift, Commandeer, Curse of the Swine, Nevinyrral's Disk, Pestermite, Spellstutter Sprite and Judge's Familiar.

The third category which newer players never want to take a look at on a budget is probably the most important, the land base. Take a look at adding cards like Simic Growth Chamber, Hinterland Harbor and Temple of Mystery

The last big category to take a look at is the bombs that finish the game for you. In this category you can consider stuff like Artisan of Kozilek and Tromokratis.

Maybe more ramp? Elvish Mystic and more Kiora's Follower?

Vapor Snag over Peel from Reality. In a deck that utilizes +1/+1 counters and shroud, why send a creature back to your hand unless it's being removed by an opponent? Eh. Vapor Snag seems better here.

Elusive Krasis, Cytospawn Shambler, Fathom Mage, Gyre Sage, Jodah's Avenger, Novijen Sages, Plaxcaster Frogling, Realmwright, Trygon Predator, Sandsteppe Mastodon, Skylasher, Spiketail Hatchling, and Tower Defense.
