This deck is my version of Master of Frogs! Anti Agro by BirdClaw, extremely similar.

The key component is stealing creatures with Simic Manipulator and Vedalken Shackles. I have several methods to making stealing creatures easier such as Polymorphist's Jest (which gets through creatures with hexproof) and Agoraphobia which lasts to help stall if simic manipulator is not drawn soon enough. Triton Tactics and Kiora's Follower to untap my manipulators to take multiple creatures. Increasing Savagery+Gyre Sage is a good combo, Kalonian Hydra and Scrounging Bandar for counters.
