You cannot blame me for this MONSTROSITY! I was challenged by one of my friends to made a deck that uses Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded as a Win-Con, because I apparently have the capacity to make decks that revolve around unusual cards to make janky combos that somehow work. At least on paper, but not always in play testing.
You are uncultured swine if you don't know the literary context of the deck title, but I will enlighten you on where it's from, because I like using my "bucket of useless trivia" on a daily basis.

In Act I, Scene 1, Line 676 of Romeo and Juliet, Tybalt is seething that Romeo has crashed the Capulet party in search of Juliet. Hearing Romeo talk of Juliet, Tybalt asks the servant to retrieve his sword.

"This, by his voice, should be a Montague.
Fetch me my rapier, boy. What dares the slave
Come hither, cover'd with an antic face,
To fleer and scorn at our solemnity?
Now, by the stock and honour of my kin,
To strike him dead, I hold it not a sin."

Jace, Memory Adept | Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded | Everlasting Torment / Leyline of Punishment

Jace, Memory Adept + Leyline of Punishment + Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded or Everlasting Torment + Jace, Memory Adept + Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded is the combo we're looking for as a winning condition. Use Jace's last ability to have your opponent to draw 20 cards and then use Tibalt's second ability to deal 20 damage to your opponent making it unpreventable with Leyline of Punishment or Everlasting Torment.

Dictate of Kruphix | Fate Unraveler | Howling Mine | Kederekt Parasite | Master of the Feast

Though Kederekt Parasite can't do much without a red permanent(Unless you get a starting hand with a Leyline of Punishment or a Vexing Devil(See in Stagehands.).), but it can give you an early damage lead just by the opponents normal card draw. Then you can play Howling Mine, Dictate of Kruphix and Master of the Feast to start piling on the damage from the multiple card draws.

Browbeat | Electrickery | Skullcrack | Vexing Devil

  • Browbeat and Vexing Devil give your opponent certain choices, Browbeat only gets better if you have multiple Fate Unraveler s and Kederekt Parasite s on the battlefield making your opponent take the 5 damage or take the damage by card draw.
  • Skullcrack is backup if I don't end up with a Leyline of Punishment or Everlasting Torment in play when we have the Jace / Tibalt combo ready to go and we have a few Stubborn Denials to protect our permanents and spells.
