What we are trying to accomplish here is make use of Portent's ability to manipulate your opponent's library, as well as Ponder and Brainstorm's ability to manipulate our own. To this end we are employing Salvage Drone and more importantly Thoughtpicker Witch, in addition to Thought Scour to remove threats that we place on top of the opponent's library.
Meanwhile, the wincon is using Portent's cousin, Ponder, and their big brother, Brainstorm to help us topdeck Thunderous Wrath, in addition to helping us find all of our necessary removal.
While Portent let's us see our opponent's future (i.e. top of their deck), Duress and Ostracize let us see their present (i.e. their hand), and make some changes while we're at it. Memory Lapse and Repeal takes care of what we allow the opponent to actually cast.
