Specters of Thought (Theros-Dimir) (Casual MTG Deck)

Phenax, God of Deception, my goal is to make him work multifunctionally as an insane Milling machine, and as an indestructible combatant. I've got the two Erebos, God of the Dead in there. (With the 3 added Master of the Feast devotion is easier to achieve.)

I'm hoping for advice on card balance for consistently drawing threats or pillows, while working towards my goal of Mill-death for my opponent.

I added the "Theme/Gimmick" hub because, well... isn't it?

I have 2 Master of the Feast on order; along with 4 Disciple of Deceit, 4 Hypnotic Siren, and 4 Triton Shorestalker. Maybe some of those will fit in here?

With 2 Master of the Feast, maybe it's time to put in the 2 Notion Thief I have?

I also ordered 4 Dakra Mystic... So, we'll see what happens to them.

I hardly ever want to play Erebos, God of the Dead, so, he's probably on the chopping block for Master of the Feast.
