Hi everyone,

I haven't played commander in years but the new LoTR set is pulling me back in. I'd love some help with this deck, even deck building basics would go a long way here (land count,creature/spell ratio,etc).

Flavor wins only, hobbits and the like will not appear in the deck, 2x copies of a legendary with the same name wont work either. no zombies or anything else that wouldn't reasonably be in the LotR universe. I'm more than willing to sacrifice power level for flavor.

Also, budget friendly please. I'll pay up for flavor wins (orcish bowmaster, One Ring), but not looking to spend money on stuff like a mana crypt.
