See Penniless Aristocrats for my original G/B version. Same thought process still applies. Red adds something that's almost Blood Artist in Hissing Iguanar, which gives this deck the reach it desperately needs.

Interesting individual cards:

• Fists of Ironwood: Makes bodies and helps force through damage. Rancor also works here, but Fists provides a bigger burst on a Bloodthrone in exchange for being a bit less easier to recur.

• Sultai Emissary: So much value for this deck. Mortuary Mire + Sultai Emissary and any sac outlet is extra gravy.

• Brindle Shoat: Thank you, VMA, for making this common.

• Hissing Iguanar: The closest Pauper gets to Blood Artist. Doesn't gain you life, but does swing for 3 on an empty board.

• Holdout Settlement: The glue that holds the mana base together, especially when comboed with Khalni Garden.

• Evolution Charm: So flexible. Recur your dead sac outlets or other value creatures. Fix your mana. Send an outlet to the sky for the kill. It's so good.

• Read the Bones: Played over Sign in Blood due to being easier to cast. Vulturous Aven could also work, though the exploit could be hairy.
