This is a green/white +1/+1 counter and life-gain deck. Some of the of the big players for +1/+1 counter accumulation include Mikaeus, the Lunarch, Patron of the Valiant, and Juniper Order Ranger.

The +1/+1 counter and life-gain aspects play off each other with the inclusion of an Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and a Felidar Sovereign (creating an alternate win condition), and an infinite combo involving Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder .

An additional, less potent but still effective combo, Verdurous Gearhulk + Walking Ballista grants you the use of counters to ping target creature or player with 1 damage at a time.

I also noticed a good percentage of the creatures in this deck ended up being human, so I added a Dearly Departed to grant each of them an additional +1/+1 counter upon entry to the battlefield, after the 5/5 spirit hits the graveyard.
