Oppression Pox is a Pox build I came up for a future Legacy Tournament at FNM in another city near my town. Instead of pricy Liliana of the Veils, and going maverick by not using Necrogen Mists instead, I use Oppression... Coupled with Waste Not it makes this deck a beast to work with. 3 copies of both Oppression and Waste Not is needed, due to the breakneck speed of Oppression, it can be near suicidal to have a play set, and using a playset of Waste Not would defeat the purpose... Instead of Chimeric Idol , I went with Chimeric Sphere , due to casting cost and the ability to fly by initial 2 colorless mana paid, and not to mention 2 damage to boot. It is also safe from Pox when it is not a creature. But if round one seems pretty hairy and you lost due to the Oppression or couldn't control the ability of Oppressions' effects, then sideboard on round 2 for aggro spot removal, Dismember, Innocent Blood, Hero's Downfall... ALL OF THEM! Keep mass token removal Bile Blight (that it's main reason) and add Black Sun's Zenith for board wipe and withering larger creatures to weenies... Don't forget the two Cursed Scroll s! Trade those with all of your Oppressions, one copy of Waste Not from the main deck, all but one of The Rack, all of your Blackmails definitely need to leave... At this moment we are trying to use pure aggro and Pox for getting our opponent dead, and also using Pox, Bile Blight and the others for spot removeale... And if you need to, finish your opponent with a Soul Spike (basically a Kaervek's Spite , but I think it is better due to not losing my whole hand and all my permanents to cause 5 life loss at my opponent's face, when I can just exile a black card instead for 4 life loss... 1 less, but for 1 less card out of game that wins the game...).
