Cards to consider adding:

• Command Tower: all multi-color decks in Commander should play this land.
• Tainted Peak: good with lots of Swamps.
• Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth: good with Strands of Night, etc.
• Foreboding Ruins: interacts well with a lot of Swamp and Mountain Basic lands.
• Sneak Attack: expensive price, but one of the best ways to cheat big Demons into play with haste and then reanimate them after.
• Waste Not: get a lot of value when your opponents discard cards.
• Magus of the Wheel: another wheel effect, who you can reanimate.
• Feldon of the Third Path: repeatable reanimation.
• Crypt Ghast: ramp, double the amount of mana Swamps make, good with Urborg.
• Chaos Warp: instant permanent removal.
• Talisman of Indulgence: two drop Rakdos mana rock.
• Rakdos Signet
• Terminate

Cards to consider cutting:

• Blightning
• Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded

It's worth mentioning that with Sneak Attack you can put Demons onto the battlefield from your hand at instant speed for one each. This is very good with Liliana's Contract :)

I'm glad you're not being "that guy." If the plan isn't to make empty hands hurt equally all around, though, there's a couple cards you can include to make it hurt less for you: Gustha's Scepter allows you to stash away your reanimation cards so you don't have to discard them, and it's completely mana free! Mindstorm Crown is another copy of Phyrexian Arena . I'd also run the new Rakdos, the Showstopper , Patriarch's Bidding , and Urza's Incubator , since you're going demon tribal.

Thanks for the suggestions triproberts12. The Gustha's Scepter idea is pretty cool and would be a nice way to get around losing cards I don't want to lose. I did have Goblin Lore and Burning Inquiry in the deck, but the random discard was too, get this, unpredictable. Rakdos, the Showstopper is sweet, but I think I would need Krark's Thumb for him. Urza's Incubator would obviously be good, not sure what to cut for it, maybe Jet Medallion .

No trouble! I wouldn't sleep on Rakdos, though. Even with a 50% chance of killing each creature, it's probably an equal or better rate than Reaper from the Abyss . I think I'd cut Abyssal Persecutor, since you don't have much that can sac it. If you're looking for early demon plays, Spawn of Mayhem is coming out in the new set. Also, Archdemon of Paliano has no downside outside of its draft format. Mindwrack Demon will help you fill the yard. Rakdos, Lord of Riots plays well into your high CMC stuff. Finally, Taurean Mauler is a staple in most red tribal decks. Also, I would run Bojuka Bog to hose any graveyard deck you're sharing a table with.
