The main goal of this deck is to get Lich's Mastery and Psychic Corrosion out, and allow incremental life gain to rapidly mill our opponent.

Plenty of Esper's control staples are here, including Vraska's Contempt and Syncopate. Renewed Faith and Aetherflux Reservoir offer some nice life gain, while Sanguine Sacrament can potentially one-shot our opponent's library with Mastery and Corrosion active. I've included Teferi, Hero of Dominaria for added value, but he's in no way necessary.

Sideboard includes Duress and Doomfall to hand-hate control decks, and Authority of the Consuls to punish aggro (though I'm not sure this is enough). Lost Legacy is there to shut down turbo fog, and I've brought along Chromium, the Mutable as a one-of, simply because he's awesome.

I've tried to keep the deck as rotation-proof as possible. Any advice or critiques are welcome!

I replaced all cards rotating out of standard with suitable alternatives. Fumigate has been replaced by Cleansing Nova, Authority of the Consuls by Golden Demise.

I also swapped out the bad lifegain spells with a playset of Fountain of Renewal, a couple of Azor's Gateway  Flip and a single Azor, the Lawbringer. The aim of the deck is now to lock down the board until we can get out our three piece combo (Mastery+Corrosion+Fountain) and grind our opponent's library into their graveyard. Azor's Gateway + Azor can also end the game on the spot with our combo in play.

With rotation we're losing a few key sideboard pieces, including Lost Legacy and Doomfall which may make match ups against turbofog especially difficult (since Nexus of Fate is essentially mill-proof). Time will tell if we find some viable replacements in Ravnica.
