Relentless Rats + Thrumming Stone + Paradox Engine + Gilded Lotus + Torment of Hailfire

Optional Marrow-Gnawer in the above combo for an army of rat tokens if you don't have Torment of Hailfire in hand.

Revel in Riches deters any boardwipes, else they give you tons of mana (or just let you win), and potentially not even wipe your field if you have Cauldron of Souls

Keep their hand empty and their life depleted with Larceny, Liliana's Caress and Raiders' Wake
