I like this deck a lot, really. It seems interesting and fun. I do see some minor issues however. First of all, I'd cut down on lands. 41 and 9 mana rocks basically makes half of your deck "just more mana". Sure some of those mana rocks and land do other things, but they mosty just tap for mana. Cut Dormant Volcano and 2 Mountains to start. You could also cut out Volcanic Offering, unless you really feel you need that land removal. Impact Resonance is nice but doesn't always function as you want it to. Tuktuk the Explorer isn't incredibly powerful, and exile based removal gets around his trigger. Hovermyr and Bottle Gnomes can also be replaced with more useful creatures.

That's a lot of cuts, so lets see what we can add in their places, some more card draw might be nice. Staff of Nin and Urza's Blueprints will let you draw an extra card per turn. Other options include Howling Mine or Temple Bell. Board control is key in a deck led by daretti. Nevinyrral's Disk and Oblivion Stone are artifact board wipes you can recur easily as needed. Thanks to your Darksteel Forge, you'll also sometimes be able to kill your opponents' things without suffering many losses. Mycosynth Lattice is also an excellent choice, as with Darksteel Forge and Nevinyrral's Disk it can win you the game. Blasphemous Act and Starstorm are some other viable sweepers, along with Sudden Demise. Alloy Myr gives you more mana in myr form, and Myr Mindservant, when combined with something like Lens of Clarity can aid your card selection, as can Crystal Ball all on its' own. Plague Myr functions as a mana rock, but also has infect. Make it unblockable with Rogue's Passage to kill with infect, slowly but surely.

As you can see, there are a ton of options. Use your own discretion, but I feel my suggestions could really help. :)

@Joshtrex1996 made a lot of super solid points out there, and is right there is a metric ton of artifacts that become super useful in this deck. My suggestions on what to take out are Dormant Volcano, Forgotten Cave, and Smoldering Crater just for the reason I am personally not a fan of tap lands, and I get that you can use the two for cycling but I don't feel the benefit out weighs the cost. Unstable Obelisk is decent but again, 7 cost to destroy a permanent when Spine of Ish Sah does the same thing and keeps coming back around. Golem's Heart is great since you cast a lot of artifacts, but ultimately I don't foresee it being a game changer, but I could be wrong.

I'd look at getting Scrap Mastery back into the main board, since it is useful when you start to ditch high cost artifacts to bring back to the board later. With Mycosynth Lattice out it does make it tricky because you'll sack your field, but that is why Daretti, Scrap Savant has a awesome ultimate. Planar Portal is nice to pull out key cards that you will need as well as Ring of Three Wishes. Kuldotha Forgemaster is great for a sac outlet and allows for additions search to bring out to the table. Hellkite Igniter is freaking awesome and gets huge super quick for next to nothing. Vandalblast is another solid choice, especially if you decide to go with Mycosynth Lattice, blow up their field and wreck face. Also to add more draw power could be Mind's Eye as well, and Memory Jar to have some fun with your opponent as well.

Over all nice deck, and from what I have seen with Daretti, Scrap Savant decks, it comes to each players discretion in the end. Hope I was also able to make some solid suggestions for you, and also @Joshtrex1996 you gave me some good ideas to adjust in my deck. -Cheers!

I like your style charliedastrike! Glad to see my points are well-appreciated. Your points are excellent. Some other red walkers could be nice too Chandra, Pyromaster and Koth of the Hammer would be powerful additions. Chandra lets you "draw" and additional card per turn with her 0 ability and Koth is downright lethal with all the mountains you're packing. Cheers to you both, and happy deckbuilding. Daretti is quickly becoming one of my favorite decks, and I love seeing others put their own spin on it! :)

Joshtrex1996 and charliedastrike, I wanted to thank you for input. Hopefully, I can incorporate some of the suggestions into the deck, although some of them will depend on my budget. Currently cards like Mycosynth Lattice are out of my budget. Although it would be nice to have the card in the deck.

It is a great card for the deck, not always needed but adds flavor to it. There are some other routes to go with the deck but not to many people are the fan of the infinite mana loop.

Haha no need to thank us doriboncore! I feel like I speak for both myself and charliedastrike when I say that I love seeing what creative direction people take a general I'm a fan of. As for the budget, Mycosynth Lattice is a bit pricey (around $20 US and closer to $25 CAN), but if you can trade for one or get an sp one at a discount online or at your LGS then it will be well worth it. When I bought my copy a year ago, it was about $16 CAN so was a bit more budget friendly. Maybe there will be a Modern Masters 2 reprint to lower its' price, amirite guys? :)
