This is my take on B/W Control.

Creatures Show

Thought-Knot Seer - This card is a thoughtseize with a body attached. Very useful in control decks.

Wasteland Strangler - This is really useful in this deck as we have multiple ways to exile cards, so activating its ETB trigger is quite simple. Easy two-for-ones.

Eldrazi Displacer - This is for flickering Thought-Knot Seer and Wastland Strangler to retrigger their ETB trigger. You can also stack Thought-Knot Seer triggers so that your opponent draws the card and then you get to look at their hand, to minimize the downside.

Noxious Gearhulk - Removes a threat upon entry and gains us life. Very Useful

Kambal, Consul of Allocation - Causes a four point lifeswing every time our opponents play a card. Warrents a removal spell from them.

Planeswalkers Show

Oath of Gideon - This creates two dudes when it enters, and also gives all of our planeswalkers an extra loyalty counter. Quite useful in keeping them alive.

Oath of Liliana - This is removal as well as creating a dude to protect the planeswalkers when they enter.

Liliana, the Last Hope - A value planeswalker that can protect us from creatures and (if we can get to her -7) is a win condition.

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar - Makes dudes and can beat our opponent if need be. Also, since we have a variety of ways to make tokens, his -4 is not too bad sometimes.

Ob Nixilis Reignited - Draws cards, removes creatures, and has a powerful -8? Yes please.

Sorin, Grim Nemesis- Removal, damage, and a game winning -9.

Spells & Enchantments Show

Quarantine Field - This is our late game "Screw your board state". Really useful in removing problems.

Stasis Snare - This removes creatures, and makes them fodder for Wasteland Strangler. Note that once they have been moved from exile to the graveyard, they do not get them back if they remove Stasis Snare or Quarantine Field .

Transgress the Mind - For removing things we don't like from our opponents hands. Also exiles them, so, yay.

Anguished Unmaking is removal on a stick.

Ruinous Path - For removing scary planeswalkers and creatures.

Lands Show

Unfortunately we need a bit of colourless mana to get Thought-Knot Seer and Eldrazi Displacer to do their thing, so that makes lands a bit harder.

Blighted Fen - Provides colourless mana and can be used as removal.

Aether Hub - Can be used for colour fixing and also can be used for colourless mana.

Westvale Abbey   - We do make a few tokens, so Ormendahl can be used as a win con. Also taps for colourless.

Concealed Courtyard & Shambling Vent - Provides colour fixing due to double white and black we have to pay. Also the Shambling Vent ability is quite useful.
