The Idea is to Spam the field and make use of Altar of the Brood to ruin a lot of people's days.

The best deck combo that is reasonable is Abhorrent Overlord coming in dropping 4-6 worth of permanents for the altar, then sack Overlord with his own ability and use of Whip of Erebos to bring it back and let them feel the hurt ( this is done using 2+Altar of the Brood ).

An alternative is to use Overlord to sack Bloodsoaked Champion, rinse and repeat.

During all of this any draw will be pumping up Chasm Skulker who pops then floods the field with little squids also combo-ing with the Overlord and the Altar.

Coral Barrier is used for a little extra field coverage and drops.

Rogue's Gloves plus Triton Shorestalker makes for some good draw and life gain from the whip.

The draws also help the Chasm Skulker as well as helps draw into the Altar of the Brood.
