This is a UW Miracles build for modern. No red as the best Miracles spells are white and we need blue to set it up, so trying to keep the list tighter and focused on the two colours.

The unusual tech here is Noxious Revival, which lets you reuse miracle cards again and again for miracle cost and/or use cards put into GY by Thought Scour

Looking for advice on the card counts, and anything missing!

I am thinking of going up to 2 Chromatic Star. It is something you can put out on the board and trigger on opponent's turn when you know a miracle is on the top - draw a card plus replace the 1 mana you spent so max power to Entreat the Angels.

I just threw together a SB, not sure about it yet. Plan is to possibly transform to a UW control deck with Geist of Saint Traft and Celestial Colonnade as win cons if I believe the opponent will go into a game 2 prepared for Miracles.
