Esper Reanimator

Modern

gerudoking

Sideboard

This deck is probably different from most decks you have seen in modern. The general idea is to cycle or discard big creatures, or send them to the graveyard using Gifts Ungiven, then reanimating your creatures with Living End, which can be done faster using As Foretold or the Expertises. Also, Unburial Rites is there as a backup plan to reanimate a single creature if needed. Otherwise, the deck relies on a control base, using Fatal Push and Path to Exile to remove creatures, Lingering Souls to make blockers, Remand to gain time and draw cards, and Snapcaster Mage to make us able to flashback any of these. To provide discard to key cards who don't have cycle, such as Iona, Shield of Emeria and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, we have a Collective Brutality and 3 Hidden Horror, which are blockers as well. The Lotus Bloom is there to speed up the strategy, as its basically a Black Lotus with As Foretold. As for the Bojuka Bog, it's there due to the meta of my local store. As for the sideboard, it's also focused on that meta. If you would like to play the deck, probably might be a good idea to change the side and replace the bog.

I still have no results with the deck, as I'm still building it. Feel free to give opinions about it, suggestions to make it better, or to play with the deck yourself!
