Uses Stoneforge Mystic and True-Name Nemesis as pressure and attacks Mana with Stifle and Back to Basics, especially since we are two colors and get to fetch up lots of basics. Other than that, it has every card you should expect from a blue/white deck, Counterspell, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Snapcaster Mage, Ponder, Brainstorm, Force of Will, Swords to Plowshares, etc.

Favorite line is to Stifle a fetch and next turn Snap Stifle a second fetch.

Mana base is simple enough, one of Tundra for fixing purposes and a single Volcanic Island for Pyroblast and Wear / Tear in the board.

Sideboard cards are pretty self explanatory, but if you must know then here it is:

Containment Priest for reanimator, show and tell, D&T, dredge, and mono-red breach.

Council's Judgment and Nahiri, the Lithomancer are for mid-range and control.

Meddling Mage is good against any deck built around single cards, such as lands Life from the Loam, show and tell Show and Tell, and Belcher Goblin Charbelcher.

Pyroblast is for blue decks (obviously).

Rest in Peace is for graveyard decks like reanimator, lands, dredge, and oops all spells.

Supreme Verdict is for D&T, delver, and any deck playing True-Name Nemesis.

Sword of Fire and Ice is good against delver and other blue decks.

And lastly Wear / Tear for decks playing artifacts and enchantments such as Blood Moon, Chalice of the Void and other Stoneblade decks.
