Started out as a joke, with the sole aim of making an obnoxious deck and calling it turbofrog. It ended up doing its job quite well so I added some win conditions. We'll see where it goes.

Gitrog is card draw on particularly scary legs so you can theoretically play fewer Mine effects. Don't necessarily think of him as a wincon, even though he totally could win on his own. Plays well with Sphinx's Tutelage, the main wincon. Jace, Memory Adept also mills for wins. Haze Frog + Species Gorger is the only real cute interaction. Recurring fog effect that's in on the frog joke. Loam let's you lock people out with Ghost Quarter and keep rolling with Gitrog. Expect the game to go that long. Dies hard to Burn decks, especially with Skullcrack, and not quite as hard but still pretty hard to Rest in Peace.

Sideboard has some true removal in it, an additional wincon in the former of the Slaver lock, and an Elixir in case you're up against another grindy deck. You'll get fairly close to milling yourself most games but only other prison/control type decks should put you in any real danger of decking yourself.
