The Dark Ocean - Mill (Modern MTG Deck)

Blue black deck that focuses on control and making your opponent discard cards. Need help with this deck. All suggestions are appreciated!!! Need help finding black cards to add to the deck. I always have too many cards so suggesting taking some out also helps :)

Well seeing as this deck is a little high in price range i am most probably not going to buy it but im still going to keep working on it and play testing against my friends :D. Im also thinking about making another deck similar to this one but more aggressive. Let me know what you think!!!
