I use the combination of vampires and door of destinies to buff my vampires up into an unstoppable army. My main purpose is to get out door of destinies and as many vampires out so when i get out bloodline keeper, i can transform him right away giving all my vampires +2/+2. Or Mikaeus giving them +1/+1 and undying. Stromkirk captain with vampire nighthawk gets the first strike deathtouch combo going.
