Most of the instants and sorceries are there for place holders until I can get Training Grounds and Amoeboid Changeling and the like.

Ok, first off, put Constricting Sliver back in... combined with Sliver Queen and any of the mana slivers (Gemhide or Manaweft) it is a one sided board wipe.
Next, add in a Mana Echoes , once you get that and the queen on the board you litterally have infinite mana. Mana Reflection also helps for that much needed mana fixing.
Hibernation's End Is great for creature tutoring...also add in tutors...
Take out Crypt Sliver , add Clot Sliver .
Be careful with harmonic sliver, as it is not a may effect, and as such will eventually make it so you will start dropping your own stuff.
Wild pair doesn't work as well as people think in slivers... If you have any of the slivers in play that boost p/t that means that you have to look for a bigger sliver than you actually have in your deck (the p/t slivers trigger prior to ETB triggers and only affect in play slivers)
Root Sliver and Cavern of Souls will help keep your slivers from being countered. and Crystal Quarry will help to fix for your legends.
Sliver Legion and Coat of Arms to boost your slivers humungously.
Seedborn Muse , and Prophet of Kruphix will allow you to more adequatly use your Quick Sliver .
If you can afford the good fetch lands, add them, if not, get the mirage fetches (they're like $0.75 each.
Since you're playing amulet of vigor, use as many of the 3 color lands as you can get or if you feel you need to take out the amulet, use the lorwyn block filter lands. You will find that the mana base is the hardest thing to get going.
Good luck and happy slivering

Coat of Arms is already in, Sliver Legion is in the mail.
I did not know about the mirage fetch lands, thank you, those are definitely going in my deck.
I have a copy of Shared Animosity and I'm wondering if that has a place in this deck right now. I want to take out all the boosting slivers except for Sliver Legion . That's why Wild Pair is in there for now.
Clot Sliver really isn't much of an option since I'm going to start running more return creature cards from graveyard effects. I know Crypt Sliver is useless with Crystalline Sliver so that's going out too.
I'm ready to purchase Wargate instead of Hibernation's End as of right now. A bunch of this deck is filler so I can play with my current circle of friends as I slowly upgrade this deck. I'm going to add a Demonic Tutor when I can save up the cash, Cyclonic Rift and a few other cards to supplement this deck.
I know Mana Reflection would stack/combo well with Gemhide Sliver or the other mana generating one but I would also like to add Mirari's Wake since it grants a bonus and I'll be taking out all the pumping slivers that aren't a combo piece when I'm completely finished with this deck. It seems that nobody on this site wants to run combo and just goes straight aggro.

the thing about wake, though is it is only land mana, which if you are stuck without a given color, you are still stuck without it, while reflection is all permanents you control... I didn't even know about Wargate until now (and its going into this in place of a couple of my tutors...
Shared Animosity looks like a board wide Magma Sliver which can win games...so overall, i think it has a place

Yeah, but Magma Sliver gets cancelled out by Crystalline Sliver which should be one of the first slivers you fetch, It's why I have Steely Resolve thrown in there too and a Asceticism on the way. When I whittle this down I will want absolute protection over everything I own.

Is this true...."Wild pair doesn't work as well as people think in slivers... If you have any of the slivers in play that boost p/t that means that you have to look for a bigger sliver than you actually have in your deck (the p/t slivers trigger prior to ETB triggers and only affect in play slivers)"
If so that makes me sad...

It does, but you shouldn't be running slivers that boost other ones. You shouldn't be searching for a +1/+1 when you can get Crystalline Sliver Hibernation Sliver Frenetic Sliver Sliver Hivelord for protection instead.

Might I suggest Primal Surge ..... if you were to remove all other instant and sorcery cards, you would insta-win. Either you attack with the army of slivers that have haste, or you add in Warstorm Surge and kill the table. It's a nasty card when it is in a deck with no other instant or sorcery cards, I plan to run it in my slivers deck. Apparently I can't link it here, so see it on my profile if you want.
