Maybeboard

Well.. this might not be the greatest romance you've seen, but at least it got Kalitas. What more could you ask for?

Are you tired of fixing your mana?Is your heart devoted to black?Do you get a tingling sensation when you think of sparkling vampires?

If you agree with the later, I'm afraid I can't help you... this is no lesson in romantic affairs. But I can help you fight those pesky werewolfs!

This deck is all about getting the vampires faster, bigger and more agile. We don't go face to face with brute force when there's a wall of wolfs in front of us. This deck focus on evasion, life drain and getting our creatures fast and effectively out on the battlefield.

We're not here to stall the game. Vampires are back in their one true form. And they're back to rule them all!

First of all, we got a nice devotion to our fellow blood suckers. Many of our creatures have 2 or 3 devotion and curves out on max 4 mana. Because of this, we can easily use 'Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx' to really get our board flowing in no time. In addition, I've also chosen to include 'ther Vial' to get stuff faster and safer out of your hand. This also works great, because we got so many two-drops.

We also got some stuff to use our mana on, like Kalitas, that will sacrifice your vampires to protect them from exile. And don't you worry about the fallen heroes, cause we got a way of getting them back with 'Call to the Netherworld'.

Sacrificing our 'Bloodghast' is key in this deck. Since we can easily brig him back, he's often a target to bring down with 'Path to exile'. That's why we got 'Viscera seer'. It's a great card that let us sacrifice 'Bloodghast' or any of our other vampires, and this let's us scry to more easily construct our coming turns.

Scrying is good for something else, and that is 'Vampire Nocturnus'. We want our vampires to be evasive, and 'Vampire Nocturnus' let us do just that, by giving all vampires and him self flying and +2/+1 while the reveled card on the top of our library is black.

Going back to sacrificing, we got a sweet combo with 'Kalastria Highborn', that let us use our mana from devotion to simply make our opponent lose 2 life while we gain 2 life for every creature that are put in our graveyard from the battlefield. This gives us a certain reach in addition to our flying lord, that can finish of our opponent at a later stage in the game.

Discarding is another thing... (more to come)

In the sideboard we got control in case it's needed. 'Phyrexian Obliterator' is just really, really good... We are vampires. We Like horror <3 (more to come)

Hope you guys like it! I'd love to hear your ideas and feedback.
