Survive the early game with 10+ removal spells, while churning the graveyard with classic Golgari self-mill.The graveyard exiling effects can be used to put the Eternal in Eternal Scourge.

This deck runs so many fetches in order to power Drown in Filth and to thin the deck for finding Hedrons. Fetches frequently summon basics to avoid life loss. Sunken Hollow is chosen over Watery Grave for the same reason, and because having blue mana is never relevant until 5 or so lands. The basic Island is a protection against Blood Moon as we have to be able to cast Hedron Alignment.

Am considering swapping the Murderous Cut for Gurmag Angler or Tasigur, the Golden Fang but at present the deck is designed to blank most removal. Satyr Wayfinder is a waste to remove as it's really just a spell for the ETB effect, and Eternal Scourge just begs to be removed to be recast. Even if it does die in combat, Scavenging Ooze allows us to have it back any time.

The skew of extra blue mana is because the mana sink of Hedron Alignment's scry effect requires a blue, and later game it can be key to finding the 4th Hedron.
