I love Gruul and Gruul Pummeler will always be a pet deck of mine. I will say that going into other colors will likely lead to better results, though. Having black mana for discard thoughtsieze and Necromentia. Blue obviously has counter magic. The biggest concern for Pummeler right now is Karn, the Great Creator with the static ability.
