Play an Illness in the Ranks or a Trespasser's Curse or both and then start dropping the under-costed beaters that drain your opponent with tokens that immediately die under their control. If you haven't found Illness in the Ranks yet you can top out with Massacre Wurm to finish the job.

I've tried this deck in sultai and jund with Neoform/ Eldritch Evolution shenanigans but I think it works best in grixis.
