Sideboard

The Vine lives! With the Gaak and Looting banned in Modern, I ventured into blue to find the right home for archetype. I've been testing a lot, and frankly this is the new meta. The deck is still highly explosive, and with the lack of grave-hate in modern after the bans, we end up being really well positioned in the format. Blue gives us access to a powerful engines and threats like Hedron Crab, Prized Amalgam and Skaab Ruinator. The Crab is another self mill engine to help stock the grave, while Amalgam and Ruinator are grave-based threats with a zombie subtype which help cast our Gravecrawlers to trigger our Vengevines. Drowned Rusalka acts as an alternate discard/sacrifice outlet, but could also be replaced with Cryptbreaker if you wanted. Everything can be cast with the mana base which helps make the deck more resilient in the face of grave-hate as well. There are a couple flex-spots and I'm still working on the sideboard, but this archetype is far from dead ladies and gentlemen
