This is definitely... something haha. Out of curiosity why would you want to Restore Balance? Is it just a reset if one opponent gets out of control? Also what's the play with Selective Memory?

Hey capwner you're right Temporal Mastery would definitely work well here. I actually play this deck in sort of a weird way where I like to give the other players a chance. I don't activate the belcher during my turn typically; I like to hold it as a rattlesnake and pop it during an opponent's turn if they try to win or disrupt me. So in that way I don't really want extra turns although you are right that it would be strategically smarter. Also my friends frown upon extra turn effects yet they tolerate nonsense like this deck haha, go figure.

UnstoppabellArt I'm shocked! There are like 30 low-cost mana rocks in here. I usually have no problem getting Prismatic Bridge out turn 4. Seems plenty fast to me. I suppose you could cut the counter magic for rituals if you really needed to guarantee an early win.

Tested already. Too slow. Kind of redundant. We cant really justify any Giants besides Calamity Bearer without any immediate effect.

I don’t see it in the deck or maybeboard, so I’m not sure whether you’ve considered it or not, but Basilisk Collar will ‘Nighthawk-ify’ any creature with flying. It kind of defeats the theme to add non-nighthawks and turn them into such, but I do see you have Aerial Responder already included so I’m not sure how closely you feel you need to adhere to the theme. It would open up a lot of options to be sure.

Combos:
-
Songbirds' Blessing already attached. Either Enlightened Tutor or Scroll Rack the Super State Deal 19 damage and then doublestrike. Or 40 plus damage. ( this is easily achievable as you set up this combo.)
-
Gain a bunch of life and Aetherflux Reservoir.
-
The Dominion Bracelet... Don't know how to explain this but... Kill the second strongest player then domi the sstrongest to hit the third, Then kill them next turn( dont forget to tap all their lands and destroy their own stuff if needed) . Then hopefully the last player cant come back.

This deck, if played right and the stars aligns just a bit, is mighty powerful.
Tip on how to play this:
-
You are playing light paws as a blue player.
-
you got to lock on who the real threat is.
-
Do not rush, especially if you have experienced opponents.
-
Politics.
-
Bait Light paws when attacking. That said. She is more of a counter striker. Very effective against blue players.
-
Check if you can afford to lose light paws or not. Sometimes its better to lose aggro on you and give it to others.
-
You can use your auras as politics.
-
Light paws is not your only means of winning the game.

Bant Blink - really a auramancy deck with some payoff for blinking battlefield.
Lots of draw should help pulling more powerful pieces. A bit of graveyard recursion plus Derevil's ability should allow for quick recovery.

Hey friend,
Pyrohemia and a creature with indestructible (many options) or protection from red Subterranean Spirit (5 drop) or Vulshok Refugee (3 drop) synergize well for just pumping red mana into pyrohemia indefinitely.
Smoke is a decent red stax piece.
Spellshock and Ancient Runes add damage quickly.
Mana Flare with Manabarbs can bait players into damaging themselves, or add Stoneshaker Shaman to punish not tapping lands.
Ruination and From the Ashes remove nonbasic lands. Overmaster could make one mass land removal card not be countered, that way you don't rely on only Obliterate.
The tech is weird for Ghost Town but I like to suggest it for any land destruction deck.
Tectonic Instability works well with Field of Ruin so all lands get tapped by it.
Hope this helps a little.
Regards

Given you run sun titan + blasting station, would Angelic Renewal be useful for the 3 card combo? Not to mention its additional redundancy, though that might not be needed. Similarly, given you are running revelark, Karmic Guide can combo with rev + blasting station (I think?). Plus, its ability is super useful with your commander.
Not sure how helpful auramancer is with just 3 enchantments.
With all your recursion, Phrexian/Ashnod's Altar could be worth consideration to help ramp you. Your avg cmc is low so perhaps it's not needed.
The Ozolith - Could be useful, unless I'm missing something? Imagine putting all those -1/-1 counters on it and then just putting them on their commander or something.
Lastly, while super expensive and perhaps a bit slow, Martyr's Bond could be another useful bond to help clear the board and prevent removal.

Thank you capwner I had Portal and Eiganjo Free-Riders on the table when I was designing this but ended up cutting them because there were enough creatures with flash in the deck. Upon your observation I need to use & abuse Rhys from all directions.

IMO Temporal Mastery is an essential card for EDH Belcher because of the play patterns in MP games you'll typically get out belcher, use it to kill enemy #1, then the belcher effect will stack your deck but you'll need to untap it to kill the remaining players. The way I like to do it is activate Belcher on P4's EOT, put Temporal Mastery on top, then start turn and miracle the mastery, use belcher to kill Player 2, then you take your extra turn and belch Player 3. I just think it's neat :)

Maybe Erratic Portal to repeatedly pick him back up?

Looks good. Certainly better than my first deck. Price of Progress is an interesting choice, I bet it performs well in Legacy; Non-basics are omnipresent.
