Well, Monk Realist is not a may so he will destroy your own enchantments. You want to get rid of himAdding more of Femeref Knight would be good, as he is one of the best creatures in the deck. Take out Pearled Unicorn as 2/2s for 3 with no abilities tend to be bad. However, Soltari Visionary is better since relatively few creatures have shadow.
Furnace Spirit isn't great since you don't have that much red mana to pay for his ability.
Remove Endoskeleton, Flowstone Shambler, and take out Giant Strength or add more mountains.
Serra's Embrace is probably one of your best enchantments right now, so more of those is better.
If you're able to get new cards, consider replacing Opal Gargoyle with Mistral Charger, Kor Aeronaut or possibly Akroan Skyguard which works well with the enchantments.
Expedition Envoy or Soldier of the Pantheon would probably be better than Opal Caryatid.

I'll be honest: there are not very many. There is Monk Realist and Enlightened Ascetic but those only hit enchantments. Unfortunately most of the ETB destroy artifacts are more of greens and reds territory. You could take Archaeomancer to get back removal spells, but I digress

Congratulations to Kala this round. Due to her/his suggestions I plan to make the following changes:
1 Farhaven Elf -> Sylvan Ranger. Mostly a direct upgrade for a single mana more. My copy of Farhaven Elf was hanging out in another deck. Time to bring him over here.
2 Stonehorn Dignitary -> Monk Realist. With an Indrik Stomphowler, Acidic Slime and Aura Shards, enchantment removal is well covered. I'm sure I have a lowly Dignitary lying about in a box somewhere.
3 Prime Speaker Zegana -> Sea Gate Oracle. Just more card draw. I originally didn't have Zegana when I first made the deck but acquired one over Christmas in the Commander precon deck. Now is a great time to make this addition.
4 Ghostway -> Primeval Bounty. I know the suggestion was Eerie Interlude but I happen to have a Ghostway already and its a similar card. If I get a copy of Interlude, I'll swap it, but for now I'll use Ghostway.
Honorable mention to MagicalHacker for the suggestion of Illusionist's Bracers which I'll likely swap in for Cloudshift as well.

Cards to take out, potentially: Auramancer, Sylvan Ranger, Man-o'-War, Monk Realist, Village Bell-Ringer, Evangel of Heliod.
Cards to put in: Mulldrifter, Wood Elves, Stonehorn Dignitary, Armada Wurm, Eerie Interlude, Prime Speaker Zegana.
Mix and match your least favorites of the old to your favorites of the new!
I hope this game makes me the next deck poster :/

Fantastic deck!
I am surprised you have Rout, but no Cyclonic Rift and you have Rings of Brighthearth but no Illusionist's Bracers. I'd also suggest playing Reclamation Sage for value. What to remove? Primeval Bounty because it's doesn't synergize with flickering creatures plus it's expensive, Kruphix, God of Horizons because it only helps when you are winning which is basically worthless since you're already winning, and Monk Realist because some decks rarely play enchantments.
To recap:
I think the deck would be more powerful if you were to exchange Primeval Bounty, Kruphix, God of Horizons, and Monk Realist for Cyclonic Rift, Illusionist's Bracers, and Reclamation Sage.
All in all, it looks pretty solid!
