Duplicant is a great removal tool - exiling creatures in mono-blue is strong
Meteor Golem offers another removal tool as needed
Glen Elendra Archmage is a good counter tool, that is good with flicker effects but isn't dependent on them
Merfolk Trickster and Jeering Homunculus are good creature cleanup tools
Man-o'-War and Nevermaker are good all around for bounce
Orvar, the All-Form lets you clone flicker targets from instants
Nephalia Smuggler acts a backup flicker effect
Voracious Greatshark is a decent countermagic effect
Tempest Caller can lock out a dangerous opponent without needing to target specific creatures
Shipwreck Dowser is another return instant effect
Slithermuse is great for card draw, and Watcher for Tomorrow digs 4 cards deep
and finally, Overtaker becomes downright abusive if you stack the EoT triggers - you take creature's permanently

Karona, Roving Herd of False Gods

+1 I like what you're brewing! I built a Karona/ Hugs/ Politics deck this year and it is a lot of fun! It works very well at my LGS (where people will gladly swing with me), but not as well in my pod (where all my friends swing at me).
Karona is hilarious.
Once people realize she swings for 24 commander a round, they should kill you (and swing at you with her).
Her politics are complicated... If you pillow too much, no one has to swing with Karona and you either become archenemy or useless. I thought that if I could confuse people with hugs, chaos, and politics, then maybe I could bribe people and equip her with something crazy.
Jeering Homunculus is mvp!
Know that a Propaganda between me and killing you with your own Karona is pretty useless. Elephant Grass and Island Sanctuary are where its at.
The only "Vow" I use is Assault Suit .
Idk what your budget is like but you want Homeward Path and Sakashima the Impostor .
I really like the Mirror Gallery idea, but idk if there's enough support for it (in all of magic).
Definitely run like 38-40 lands and a ton of ramp, just to get it off the ground. Karona already kills people by herself, just give her a resilient shell. Here's the card pool I put together Karona EDH Index

I wanted to add that for cards like this, they have a different template, meaning they have some effect referencing a draft and that part of them doesn't work outside it. An example of why these can't be used would be Pyretic Hunter, which you could then claim you'd drafted it 15th, making it a 15/15 menace for 5. But even realistically, how would you verify whatever number they chose?
That template is also the same as the conspiracy type of cards, like Weight Advantage and those cards are not allowed outside the conspiracy draft. So while gatherer site says Regicide etc are legal, anything you can't verify, can't be used. And then those cards with that template follow that logic.
And that's the biggest takeaway: the template will tell you if you should be considering using it or not. Conspiracy template= don't bother.
There are cards from the conspiracy sets that do work and those don't have the special template. I found out in mtgo that the "monarch" and "vote" mechanics work in normal games after having it played against me then verifying in the comprehensive rules. So cards like Jeering Homunculus, Skyline Despot, Illusion of Choice, Selvala's Stampede...those last 2 could be a pretty good combo.

Jeering Homunculus is too cool for school. Not great, but he can be real fun.

I see that you are running an Unmake here, which is all fine, I'm just wondering - why Unmake when you can have a Path to Exile? Also, there is no Command Tower or Sol Ring. I do, however, love the mechanic you are using. I love to play around with Weight Advantage in take the crown drafts. Jeering Homunculus, anyone? I think that with some minor improvements, this would make a killer deck in any EDH format, not just tiny leaders.
