Wrath of the Multitudes (B/W Tokens) ((RETIRED))

Modern Competitive Discard Tokens WB (Orzhov) Weenie

Dr.Rossenstein

Sideboard

Maybeboard

Land (4)

The Modern Event Deck, upgraded to (hopefully) competitive level!

Play discard spells, play token spells/buffs, turn the tokens sideways. Laugh as they waste removal spells on your weenies. Then, when they sideboard out their removal suite, board in Hero of Bladehold and laugh some more.

Vault of the Archangel and Sorin, Solemn Visitor will help out with the lost life from all of your fetching, Thoughtseize-ing, and Bitterblossom-utilizing. To say nothing of whatever your opponent is doing all of this time.

Sideboard Tech!

Duress : Any sort of combo deck, like Infect, Twin, CoCo, insert combo deck here.

Stony Silence : Mox Opal ? Oblivion Stone ? What are those? They don't sound too bad.

Rest in Peace : Sorry for making you waste your Snapcaster!

Kor Firewalker : Burn will already hate you due to Timely Reinforcements . This one will make them complain even more. I've debated playing Spellskite instead here, since it helps with the Twin hate somewhat.

Ghost Quarter : This is mainly for Tron, but it can help with troublesome manlands like Celestial Colonnade and Blinkmoth Nexus .

Hero of Bladehold : Your opponent, seeing your lack of nontoken creatures, will pitch their Path to Exiles and Vapor Snags for something they think will work better against you. Make them regret that decision with this Sideboard Hero!

Sundering Growth : More artifact hate! This one will let you blow up their creature artifacts, AND grow your own army!

Zealous Persecution : For the rare occasion that you face another token deck, look no further. It also provides assistance with Elves. You DID remember to kill their Lord(s) first, right?

And that's it! Please keep the feedback and suggestions coming! Thanks for taking a look!

Updates Add

I have decided to retire this deck. It's not fun and/or competitive playing the "fair deck" when you're the only person in your meta playing "fairly." The deck worked smoothly in playtesting, of course, but couldn't keep up with the other decks around here. So, regrettably, it has been scrapped.

I will keep this list on my profile for posterity, and for anyone who wants to give the deck a playtest or two before buying the expensive pieces.

Thanks again for taking a look!
