Essentially its an attempt to make Seismic Assault + Treasure Hunt a reliable combo using utility lands, or just whatever happens to make the deck run better. Possibly have the sideboard work around Countryside Crusher . Still just a concept but if it works, could be a fun cheapish deck to bring to FNM.
